Will any lender do this? Transcripts from 2008 are fine, 2007 were amended and don't match and they won't ever show up matching either. I do have 'account transcripts' from the IRS that match but when you pull a normal 4056 it wont.

Any ideas or is it dead, most lenders I have asked say no go.

did you order the record of account (6c) on the 4506-T?

that should do it, i had one once where the guy amended his taxes JUST TO QUALIFY FOR A LOAN! I couldnt believe it when I saw it, i saw the 1040X and he want from 7500 AGI to $408k AGI. He ended up owing an extra $149k. wait, theres more. he amended his 2006 returns to go from a -$136 AGI to $404k AGI. yes, it was negative. He owed another $148k.

He did one in june and the other in sept of 2008 and I pulled the 4506 in March of 2009. it showed the amended figures as wwell as the dates they were amended.

Needless to say, we never submitted the deal.

Yeah we just did and it still shows the originals, even though the client got the record of account from the IRS....but out risk policy states we must pull our own transcripts.

I would say the deal is dead then if 4506T shows that previous years were amended. If not and you get it approved, please let us know which lender allows the borrowers to cheat on their tax returns.
