Just got a denial form prmg cuz they require 2 years discharged on a 13 now......
Any other lenders that can do this still? |

| I CAN SWEAR THAT A LOT OF LENDERS WILL DO IF THE PAYMENTS WERE MADE ON TIME ON THE CHAPTER 13. |

Well I did some hunting around and their are a few lenders that will do it still but it requires a manual u\w. I got one of these done last year and now i remember, we were only able to do it because it fit manual guidelines.
vor 31/41 re-established credit.
Im going to send this one to AFR wholesale. Any other manual u\w lenders out thier? |

| search a bit more, may lenders are allowing ch 13 with 1yr current payment history, no lates after bk, TSC accept, and premission to enter into new debt from chapter 13 |

Hm ok, well i will look more, its just that the bk is already discharged, and they have reestblished credit. It just seems that with most lender's if they can't get a du approval then they just wont u\w it.
I have credit and 1003 ready if any wholesale lenders want to look at it, send me an email. |

| if score is above 620 still, Franklin American will manual this but of course no guarantess. good news is theya re only 3-4 days in uinderwrite. AFr is like 14 days. |
