| No doubt, but this is not exactly a "tough" deal, putting aside the fact that most commercial deals right now are tough in some way. |

What's the nature of light industry ocurring within the property, the purpose for the loan request, LTV and the methodology used to estimate current value?
Also, is this owner/user or investor? |

| Nationwide commercial purchases--70% LTV, rates in the 6's depending on product but as you say no such thing these days as a slam-dunk. Some info on website. Be happy to discuss. |
