What is "Freddie DU Refi" ? DU is Fannie.
I can do Freddie "open access" refi, if that is what you mean. Why does it have to be with Flagstar? I can do it with another lender. |

Sorry... Freddie REFI PLUS is what I meant. too much going on an things are all starting to congeal into 1 big plop.
AS I know it Flagstar is only one who ca do Freddie program paying off investors not seviced by Flagstar. |

Like I said above I can do this refi with another lender. Flagstar is not the only lender doing the "Freddie Open Access". |

Last call to "the mortgage guy".
I keep telling you that I have a lender that will do "Freddie Open Access." It does not have to be done with Flagstar. I have already done these loans.
Please PM me if interested or at least post to let me know that you have found someone else to do it. |
