$585,000 loan amount
Newton, MA
rate and term - consolidation of purchase 1st and 2nd.
95% ltv
sfr
677 fico
1x30 Sept 09 on just their 2nd, now current
what else?
who can handle this? Wells, Franklin American and 1 other say no. WTF?? |
