Hi Guys
Im looking for a place to fund FHA loans in the states of CA WA OR NV
I am only going to do Streamlines. Preferably a banker with decent pricing, meaning not too much padding, fast turn times would be great as well, low junk fees, not too concerned with split just want to do whats best for my clients.
is this too much to ask for!!!
Can anyone reccomend a place. AND PLEASE DONT EMAIL ME SAYING BASICALLY TO GIVE YOU THE DEAL AND WORK OUT A SPLIT...IM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THAT!!! Any recommendations would be appreciated |
