Can anyone recommend a lender who handles loan amounts above 1 million, ltv below 60%, 2 family primary residence, full doc. with good arm pricing?? I know I'm asking alot but ING had great pricing but doesn't do 2 family homes.

Astoria does 1 to 4 family
75% LTV up to $1.0 mil
75% LTV up to $1.5 mil
60% LTV up to $25 mil
700 score up to $1.5 mil
740 score up to $2.5 mil
Reserve requirements 35% of the loan amount
Co-ops lower LTVs |
