What experience are you having with the "3 month trail"....I think it's a ploy to get money upfront:
Has this happened to you one of your clients or someone you know?
* Has your 3 month trial for a loan modification been delayed by the lender? * Waiting and hoping to hear something from your lender? * Are you being asked to provide the same information over and over? * Has your loan mod been rejected because you failed to provide information you were never asked for? * Has your lender asked for another (4th) payment, or yet put you into another 3 month trial period?
Thousands of homeowners are being placed in this same predicament/torture!
Let me know what you are telling/doing for your clients?
I suggest that prior to moving forward with the trail they submit a completed package and I don't give their financial over the phone! |

Out of the hundreds of thousands of trial mods they have converted about 1,200 to permananent.
Trial mods are part of the program but the servicer will get to keep the payments regardless of completing the mod.
Once all the investors are made whole again the American people can go back to paying off the bad investments with increased taxes, oh yeah we can get medical insurance possible from the government but at a minimum of 7,500 a year more expensive than paying cash but if you do not buy it you go to jail or get fined 15k.........rant tant rant rant.
This will continue until the American people demand that thier interest are represented and not the interests of businesses |
