| Unwarrantable condo in CA. Project over 15% delinquency which is Fannie Mae's max. Any ideas??? |

| ING is the only lender I know of who will accept, but with 40%+ down. |

| Someone had mentioned delinquencies can be done through Wells although I cant confirm. |
