Anyone know who is still doing FHA manufactured?

4 of my lenders stopped doing them as of Friday, October 30th and I have several streamlines I'm looking to get done.

The properties are located in California and Oregon.

First Guaranty Mortgage is doing manufactured. Also, US Bank will do 75% LTV with a 680 score.

Competitive to FHA rates for SFR
I understand a hit but to start at 6.5% par is not really helping anyone...

CMG has a 1.5% hit, but they don't do PA

They also do not lend on manufactured homes as of last Friday either.

It's not at PAR - it pays 1.5 rebate
