We have a client that we get "Refer with Caution 4" for DU Refi Plus. I was told that we need to submit this file to the lender that manually underwrites files. Anyone out there can do that? Please email me at vladla.losangeles@gmail.com

| Good to know Mike, however Vladla is looking for FNMA DU Refi Plus, which is conventional. |

I looked everywhere this week for one of these, Approve/Eligible only it wouldn't allow Refi Plus saying the SS# do not match, which is bogus. Anyways, I couldn't find it, got about 7 or 8 No answer.
Hope you have better luck, my experience says Manual UW does not currently exist on Refi Plus. |
