Other states adopting SB94?

I read a post that stated many other states are looking to implement their own version of SB94 and following legal precedence set by California.

Anybody have any info on this or want to weigh in on opinions. It seems a little early for other states to go forward so soon. I would think other states would wait to see how things wash out in CA before going forward. Anyone have any info?
