House is free and clear, looking for cash out 65%LTV, fico is 561. Property is in Riverside County. Who can do this deal, prefer no hard money.

Im not 100% sure about this one but I know they go down to 560 (I think) American Financial Resources

AFR is now 580on cash out.

Mid island mortgage has better turntimes and rates than FG
