Does anyone know a lender that will do 108%/120% CLTV on DU REFI PLUS program for a manufactured home. The loan was originated with Flagstar but sold to Central Mortgage Servicing Company and they already told the borrowers that they will not help them and Flagstar will not help due to it being a manufactured home.
So, i am looking for a lender that offers DU REFI Plus program on manufactured homes.

That's a tougjie - my first thought is ICON REsidential. They are a big player since teh beginning with this program. Youc an check rates online without password...iconresidential.com
