Thats funny, I am also looking for a MH streamline 640 fico in PA
AFR pricing is not good enough, CMG and Midisland are not lending in PA
let me know if you find anyone |

I've never used them before. I wonder if they'll look at my loan? Do they except NEB properties? I hate Manuf. but this loan size is max FHA, so i really need to get this a home!!

I think Life World is still doing them but heard from CMG yesterday that all lenders that are selling their Manuf Homes to GMAC have been cancelled. Hud is not taking them. US Mort. Finance just notified that are no longer taking MF Homes. Not sure, check on it. |

We do not do streamlines but will do a s a full rate and term refi on the MH , FHA,manual underwrite.
