| Anyone know a lender that will allow investment purchase with borrower that currently has 8 mortgages? 60% CLTV, 806 FICO, FULL DOC, GREAT ASSETS ETC? |

Hi Elise, did you try Amtrust or Flagstar yet? Did you find a lender for your client, i'm trying to find a lender that will do 4+ with a fast turn time, i'd appreciate the your feedback.

I got some feedback from another rep of mine with Stearns - they can do it - I'm not sure what state your in. I haven't checked with Amtrust or Flagstar yet...
