Ordered thru Wells on last Thursday early in the AM...they saw the property the next day at noon...and I had my notice in my email at 3:30PM on Monday the appraisal was done.
I must say...nice job... |

Yeah they certainly get it right sometimes.
Problem is, since that appraiser did such a good job, it's likely you'd like to send him more business as that kind of efficiency helps you.
Butttttttt you can't. Your next loan might get handled by a hack.
