It has to be run thru GUS, my SunTrust guy runs it for me. I got a 46 done this summer, credit low 700's. As far as I know they are still accepting it if GUS shows an approval. I haven't done USDA in a few months tho, I hate it.

Flagstar will do them as well as most lender if it scores on GUS.

Credit was good, 730. Job history was a bit off. He is a seasonal employee with a track record of collecting unemployment. Got a gift for funds to close. Was not a real strong file. Good luck.
