does anybody has experience with these companies? if so how are the quality leads and pricing?

I think Syd gets off by making comments that are left open with a huge gap in information.

That's like me saying "hey, you can get gas for $1 gallon" and then hanging up the phone!

I have great luck with the guys at mortgageloanplace.com. Their contact man on BO is rconcannon34. Their pricing is solid but their lead quality is why I like them. None of that lending tree calling leads that have been called 70 times stuff.
