Can anyone explain how to determines income for the Home affordable modification? One borrower on the job for 6 months, $5500 YTD, but salary of $40k(teacher off for the summer with no pay). Other borrower employed for 2 years, same job $60k YTD. 2008 Tax returns about $80k AGI.
