What is the most you can charge in YSP? My workers says there is a limit but no one knows what that limit is????

Limit is based on the lender. Some say 4 and some are 2, it just depends. The rate sheet will reveal the truth.
Now if your talking about front charges, then there's a whole crap load of drama on that. Some lenders say 1% max everything. Some say $995 max broker fee. It just depends on that too.
But to answer your real question.....YES, we are becoming a communist country and we WILL be told how much income we shall make.

| Each lender rate sheet will list their cap. It varies by lender. Some have no caps, others like Wells Fargo have a 3% YSP cap. |
