Guys, who do you use for running credit report? I'm using Acranet / CES Branch now..Does anybody know cheaper company? I pay $22.00 per single / joint credit report, supplements are with no charge, re-scoring is 150 for Experian, Equifax, Trans Union.

Costs vary somewhat based on volume. Tri-merge costs start at $12 Ind / $15 Joint and go down with volume. Rescoring is $25 per item if documentation is available, $35 without documentation with turn times of 24-72 hours. Those prices include the costs of re-running the rescored file. Our Vision system could probably cut your total credit reporting costs by more than 1/2.
All other ancillary services are also available (flood, AVM, FACTA Red Flag...) and 4506T Tax and W-2 transcripts delivered in about 24 hours for $12.95 for the first year and $6 for each additional year.
Based on your stated pricing, it looks like your being charged to rescore all three repositories. This is rarely necessary as you can simply focus on the mid score and cut your costs by 2/3rds.
