We use Calyx Point 7.0 and MS Outlook...I have found that the tasks in Point are not nearly as good as Outlook...and neither of them have any real CRM functions...I am looking for something to use for myself...not the entire company...that will allow me to track my prospects throughout the entire sales cycle...then market and/or update them after the closing...
I would like a program that not only utilizes internet/email marketing, but one that has the capacity to print merged letters, etc....
Lastly, I would like it to interface with Calyx Point 7.0.
Does anyone know of such software?
