Is there anyone doing Foreign National and Canadian loans that do not require 50% down?

i am getting these done at 30-40% down.

IT'S IN CENTRAL FL...ORANGE, OSCEOLA AND POLK COUNTIES. PROPERTY TYPES ARE SFR'S.

I have used Helm bank in the last two transactions in south florida. They di 75% financing. Could be less depending of type of properties. No nonwarrantable condos.

Also, they are a pain on the neck with the appraisal
