I closed 1.1 million- 2 jumbo refi's in August solely from internet lead generation from my blog, 1.5 (2 jumbo's and 2 purchases) in september soley from internet lead generation, and 844k in October(1 jumbo, 1 usda, 1 investor), all purchases. Would you like to guess what I blogged about?

| Clarence , I would like to learn more , do I need to subscribe to Active Rain as a realtor or LO ? , I think I may go back to real estate simply because I beleive that the returns in RE will be greater than loan origination in the next few years |

I just did a BO site search on ActiveRain and this thread popped up. This is a good thread. I have been planning on being more active with ActiveRain. I have had an ActiveRain account but haven't been keeping up with it, now I will. I just saw your page on there. It looks like all your activity has been paying off. I am interested in learning more.
I have closed two loans recently from customers finding me on this site. When it first happens it makes you realize how important it is just to have your name out there and it has also encouraged me to keep posting. |

You can try google searches as well: I come up on the first page of google for several such "NJ jumbo mrtgage rates", several usda searches, fha and investor specialist, and several others. If you need to upgrade let me know: $5 for the first month. |
