there are lots of hard money lenders who will bail you out if the ltv is low

Can anyone go higher than 70 LTV on a foreclosure buyout? If so, what kind of middle scores do you need? Thanks,

| If it's R/T then I might be able to help you out. Just need a LOE about how they got into foreclosure and what LTV you are looking for. |
