Good fha lender. min score is 640. Not too tight on appraisals. All they do is fha.
Fast turn times. pricing is a little off.

Sorry to hear that , I would only need them for sub 620 as the bank I am looking to work with will not go below 620 |

I've closed 3 with them this month. They clear conditions quickly and yes 640 is min score.
Dont send them anyone with lates of any kind after a BK. Keep your housing ratios below 40% with them and watch the payment shock. For quality "vanilla" FHA loans I find them as good as advertised. |
