I have tried out Darick's service with some positive results so far. It provides photo & listing information to potential buyers based on text messaging codes on realtor's signs. Basically integrates "call capture" technology with your existing realtor contacts and gives them a value added service, and you the leads. Very cost effective.

The number is good as long as your contract is active.

You can use the number over and over as well. Which means you can move the sign from one property to another and just update the info assosiated with that specific code.
