Thank you for your interest... However, opening an enrollment center that is considered an extension of our firm does not violate any local, state bar or federal regs. All employees of our enrollment centers are contracted "employees" of the law firm, whereas our marketing budget is not being paid to any "outside" source.

Most of our offices are on a 60/40 split...however if you are a higher volume office it may be open to negotiations. The debt settlement add-on is also aggressively priced with a 70/30 split with branch set fees up to 12%.

***Full back end LAW FIRM customer service
***Agressive negotiators
***Web based; real time approvals
***Weekly Pay outs
***Clients contract with a LAW FIRM, and sees billing as such
***Debt settlement under the same roof, adding profit margins to 30-50% of your clients
***Live TV ad calls and Internet leads available

The law firm gets 40% and I would get 60% ? that sounds pretty good , how fast do I get the 60% , all at once or upon mod completion ?

But you still run into the problem of fee splitting with an employee thats a non attorney. Regardless if they are a direct employee of the law firm or an outside marketing firm for the law firm attorneys still can not split legal fees with an non attorney.

With regards to the time frame of payouts....The law firm pays out affiliate offices every Friday for all revenue collected the week before. We will allow the affiliate offices to structure their own fee schedule for the homeowner. As an example our retail division has a set fee of $1995; which we will allow the homeowner to pay a $500 retainer fee and spread the remaining balance over 3-4 payments.

The attorney does not agree with your statement and we will pay out our affiliate offices as described. We are also aware of all of the local, federal, and state bar guidelines as it relates to this issue; and will continue to operate within full compliance.
