I have a Borrower who is very upset, rightfully so, about wasting his money for upfront due diligence fees only to not have any calls returned etc.. after they received his money.
If there are enough Borrowers/Brokers out there who come together on this we may be able to stop this type of thing from occuring once and for all.
I advised my Borrower to proceed with caution with Groupe 369 because of all of the postings warning about this very thing but he felt after talking to them they would move forward on his deal which isnt the case. It appears the stories were true. My Borrower wants to not take this laying down so send any info you have about your dealings with Groupe 369.
