Recently I had a processor I've I know to over 10 years ask me for some broker refers. She only works with 5 national banks and said she has an inside track with all of them.
I referred a few brokers to her to test her service level.
Of the 7 loan mods she processed, 6 had written offers in less the two weeks.
Five of the mods closed in a total of lees than three weeks.
Have the banks started to push mortgage mod in the last few months?

I'm not getting into a war of words with you.
I just don't see anything "stupid" about passing on good information.
I been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years and have never been attacked online.
The true is you never called, and lied about doing so.
If your not interested in closing mortgage mods quickly, then please move on.
Their are people here trying to do business.
