We are looking for a wholesale lender for manufactured housing in GA. We have multiple loans to place, possibly a long term stream. If you accept these, please let me know.
Can anyone tell me if FHA will take a manufactured home? USDA?

| I haven't done a manufactured in a bit, so they may have changed their program, but I used to send them to Flagstar. They might be worth checking. |
