Anyone work with emerald creek capital.
They are a private hard money group. Seem good but want to see what is out there and if they are funding deals. |

| All I know is that they used to be apart of Madison Realty Capital...same people from what I have heard. Also have large DD fees, not cost....fee's! |

They are new, and I'm familiar with co-founder Mark Bahiri, who was previously at MRC, and for whom I did numerous appraisals. I found him to be reasonable and ethical (speaking as an appraiser).
I don't know what Emerald's DD fees are, but at MRC they were usually about $10,000, which I considered reasonable for the problematic deals they were typically presented with. |
