Got a guy who's looking for a program with "minimum doc, bank statements instead of tax returns". He'd like to refi his primary residence which is valued at $1.2m with a $550k mortgage, looking to get approx. $400k cash out.
Another scenario: Obtain a first mortgage on a 35 acre lot valued at $950k with 0 liens.
Prospect has a score of 750. Any place I can get this done, or something reasonably close? |
