I think you are going to have a tough time funding any hospitality right now...especially a loan request of that size. You are going to need some one that has banking connections to get this done.

If client can put in 8% of loan amount, I have a source that can do the deal (NO I AM NOT A LENDER). I am in Atlanta FWIW.
