Hey guys,
I have a borrwer who is A paper, Full Doc, 800 FICO, ,50 % LTV, over 100 K in assets, <25 % dti.
I'm doing a conventional loan at 417 K through Provident and I need another 80,000 second. He has investments that will be maturing in about a year and will get shafted if he touches them now. So, we just want a short term loan which will be paid off shortly. I am not approved with Wells Fargo. Can anyone please offer some advice? Thank you. |

| Try to get approved with Wells if you're able to...one of the few out there that will do 2nds and up to 75%! |

| I actually got this done with US Bank and Provident. They let me go to 80 % and I actually made 2 points on the second at 4.6 % and 1.5 on the first on a fifteen at 4.25 %. Thank you for the advice about Wells, I will check into that. |
