| I cannot remember the exact o/o requirements with US Bank, however; they are a porfolio lender and "may" do this. |

| I asked US Bank last week about the same question, they atually are asking for 71% occupancy now. I am also looking for condo financing with less than 51% occupancy if you find any please post them. |

Citi is a bit more flexible but you have to get the whole condo project approved with them.
Is this a new condo project. If so you will have a better chance. |
