What is the max LTV you can do on a condo purchase for 338k purchase 760 fico full doc dti < 43% depending on rate in california and with who?

Depends on various factors but 55%-60% LTV with my private investors at rates from 10.5%-12%.

You are asking the wrong question, the question is where to get MI. The answer is nowhere, thus 80% is the max you will get a condo approved for. Rates the same as a SFR with a .75% adjustment 75.01% to 80%, no adjustment at 75% or under.

I already answered you, can you not read? 80% is the max you will find conforming since there is no MI available. You can take it to anyone.
