B of A said they can do jumbo 30yr fixed at 6.25% with only 20% down. We've been searching for a wholesale lender that can do this. Please share if you know someone who can do this.

As of yesterday we could do a 30 yr. fixed at 6.25% up to 1 million with a 700 min. credit score. The cost was .3 yesterday. Hope that helps.
