can anyone weigh on a good lead source for USDA loans?

Are you National? www.USDAGuaranteedHomeLoans.com brings in 30 leads a day for about $100.00 using Google's Paid Per Click model, but they come from all over the country. The last two months I've been running the website in California only and receive an average of 3 leads per day for about $100.00 using PPC. I was going to do some USDA but haven't been able to set aside the time, so I'm considering leasing the website.

It's listed organically too, so leads dribble in from throughout the country, but they pour in with PPC. The most common search terms for consumers is "usda home loans" and the website is on the first page of google organically, across the country, for those search terms.
