| Is anyone still doing these types of properties? Have a client with all the right stuff, but has her heart set on this property. Is there anyone left standing that will still lend on these types of properties? (in Calfornia). I already think I know the answer. |

| Run. I tried to be up front with a customer and told her to pick a different property but she had her heart set on it and I told her I have to move on. I worked 3 months to get my last one in at BofA before they stopped doing them and I am not going to try to do another.... |
