| No experience personally. However, just last week I had a Broker call me to inquire about joining IFC as a branch. He told me he was currently affiliated with Emery but out of 12 loans he submitted to them they slashed the appraised value on 10. He said they only want no risk loans. |

I work with Emery Federal and love it. Had a rocky road last month because their processing center was so slammed and it was delaying my files a week but other than that they are great to work with. Just takes getting used to.
On a separate note, they are not a lender so they wouldn't slash any appraisals. We broker all of our loans so the lenders are the ones with the control over appraisals. Let me know if you have any questions about them. |

| i work with Emery now, very reliable and good to work with. Only concern is the processing dept is a little slow, they usually sit on files a few days before submitting to lender. |
