Need builder that can put up his / her own funds to tear down existing 3 story home to put up 3 side by side townhomes , approximate size 1400 sq each 3BR 2.5 Baths with garage or parking pad to be sold for $229,000 per unit , must pay off current 1st mtg of $50,000 to commence construction
payments of $1000 per month during construction to current owner plus final ballon payment of $100,000 at end of project ( project should take less than 12 months , all 3 homes would have purchase agreement in place by local housing authority.
