Hello all,

Is anyone out there doing debt settlement and loan mods? Or is anyone pulling out of loan mods to go to debt settlement? My company is looking to do that and I'm hoping maybe you have some helpful hints in going that direction or recommendations for a good company to hook up with. Any comments/points of view would be appreciated! Thanks.

Brad, i think they go hand in hand. If you can help your clients in both ways that would be great. If you like, I can share with you my program and help you get set up. Email me at rtaylor@cfpgonline.com

They are very complimentary---and you may find in time that debt settlement is actually the thing to focus on (loan mods are just a way to get debt settlement clients).

Definitely do your research on the company you choose. There are a ton of legal issues and selecting the wrong company can really have some negative impacts on the stability of your operations---

Have you? If so, is there anything you've come across that one doing the same should look out for?
