Conventional--NO way. FHA--unlikley Hard Money--maybe
Well a bit more info would be helpful, purchase, REFI, LTV, occupancy, loan amount, etc.
But honestly I have trouble getting FHA 580's done anymore....620 is the new 580. I would say get their credit in beter shape first....don't waste any more time. |
