I currently work for Envision Lending and really like their process. Unfortunately, they are not renewing their license in Minnesota (where I work and live) so I won't have a job by the end of the month. Can anyone recommend another company to work for that is licensed in Minnesota? I have more loans to get done, but they won't close by the end of the month. Thanks for any input.

We originate VA loans nationwide and generate our own leads so you don't have to. If you are interested, let me know. We are with Emery Federal so no FHA though.

Wow, looks like they are really downsizing. I also work for them and they are getting rid of Texas....I also have till the end of the month to find a new broker...
I have been on about 6 to 7 interviews for local brokers and none of them compare to what Envision had to offer.
Take a look at Ascent Home Loans. They sound really good, but they are a straight banker which I was looking into.

I can help you hook up with Nations Funding Source, it's a broker approved in over 40 states doing all kind of residential loans. Sign up fees is $300, processing will be in house, admin fees per file is $600. There are no min # of files to be closed per month, no credit or income requirements for signing up. Split is negotiable.
