Suggestions for lenders offering 100% financing on rehab.. up to 65 to 70% of ARV. Not looking for any FHA programs. I just got swamped with fix and flip guys who need fast money. In and out.

Several of our private investors are doing fix-n-flips SISA up to 90% of the purchase price in SoCal. LYV and pricing varies with location.
If any of your deals are in SoCal, email details for pricing. |

Sorry , have been busy and could not respond sooner. The states vary, I have 2 in Utah and 4 in North Carolina.
Loan amounts are varying to from 150K to 200K per property. The investors of course are looking for more than one loan. |

i do a lot of hard money and direct with a lot of investors. I have a few that do fix and flips...
