560K
782 FICO
Willing to look at anything 5.25% and under as one loan
Baton Rouge, LA
Primary Residence

Any help appreciated... Only option I can see is 2 loans. Conventional to 417K then HELOC at M&I.

Anything decent as one loan on an ARM?

Suntrust has their Key(Jumbo) Program. I don't know if they lend in BR, LA.

5/1 ARM 4.875% pays .252% YSP(30 Day Lock) also add a .25% for Credit score for a total YSP of .502%. LTV must be 75%. Charge 1 on the front

5.25% pays 1.324% YSP

Thanks Scott... Figures that is about the only bank we are not signed up with. We were until earlier this year.

Now I'm stuck where M&I isnt in LA either. One of the 10 states they dont do business in.

Any other ideas?
