My goodness, no buyers for Las Vegas strip property, when every casino and condo project there is facing serious problems?
What a surprise !
LoansbyCliff in Atlanta "has full control" over the property you know.

The "Atlanta" was from your profile and your displayed 706 area code (which admittedly could be a cell phone you took when you beat it to CA from GA).
If you were in Las Vegas and did any due diligence you would know about economic times there, not just on the Strip, but in the area.
Thank you for the "witty" compliment, and good luck with that $800,000,000 property "under your control." And, the quick pugilistic injection is usually the mark of a youngster.
I hope BO doesn't turn into a "real estate for sale" site.

How far is the property from the Echelon? The $5 Billion Casino development that is at a standstill?
The developer, Boyd Gaming, citing the economic turndown, suspended all work on Aug. 1, 2008. The shutdown sent 800 construction workers looking for employment at a moment when other projects in Las Vegas were faltering.
Now, according to Steve Redlinger, spokesman for the Southern Nevada Building and Construction Trades Council, "private development in Las Vegas is nonexistent." The state has lost 25,300 construction jobs since May 2008, and the unemployment rate has risen to 11.3 percent, among the highest rates in the nation.

"Las Vegas has hit the worst financial times in its history. Layoffs continue in the casino industry and one local gaming company on the verge of folding."
Ed Lawrence, Las Vegas Ch 8 2/26/09
Caesars Palace Octavius Towers put on hold.
Venetian towers condos on hold.
Stations Casinos on the verge of folding (see above).
Etc. Etc. Etc. The list is too long to print here.
Good luck with that parcel you "have under your control," cstevens.

| Too bad he got rid of the very comical initial post. Dollar, I wish you had copied it in your reply for comedic sake. |

| In the original post, the OP said he was in control of an $800,000,000 (negotiable) parcel of land in Vegas, and was looking for a buyer. He thought BO was the place to find it, but was made a fool so he backtracked and turned it into morse code. |
