2nd loan, 90 CLTV 30 K
Fico 765
Full doc with low dti and high assets.
Retail or whole sale as long as you lend in MN. |

| I doubt you are going to find anyone doing 2nds to 90%. You may want to check a credit union or small local bank. Otherwise, you would need MI or LPMI. |
